    Rooms are clean and spacious but service was disappointingly slow, particularly at the restaurant. I stayed in a superior room from 2023-12-18 to 2023-12-20.

    Fairly clean accommodation, very friendly staff with the service offered throughout by the staff. Functional superior queen room with a double bed and the quadrangular verandah and the fridge. Good food for breakfast. Location adjacent to the Indish restaurant and the train station.

    Does it deliver?

    The room was spacious with ironing facilities and helped ease my travel chaos. Breakfast was a highlight of my travels across India, and the lively ambiance of the rooftop café was a good bonus!

    Despite the overall good experience, I found the view from my room lacking, which slightly dimmed the overall enjoyment of my stay.

    The rooms were brand-new and beautifully maintained, had hairdryers, a bidet and bathrobes in the bathroom. It had good bed and the staff were excellent and amiable people with the service offered throughout by the staff.

    Unadjustable AC setting left us freezing!!! Very thin walls causing disturbing noise at night!!! Loud music from the rooftop bar made it impossible to relax or sleep well!!! Housekeeping delays were frustrating!!!

    It was clean, spacious, and kept cool despite the heat outside. The rooftop café was a fun spot to unwind after a long day, and breakfast was a treat, so many options to choose from!
